class=\"p1\">The Administration and Facilities Management department provides support services to the organisation in terms of security, cleaning &amp; gardening, building leasing, vehicle licensing and maintenance. The department also provides management of outsourced and in-house security to the entire organisation.<\/p>                        <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                                    <div class=\"tab-pane elementkit-tab-pane elementor-repeater-item-1782e70 \" id=\"content-1782e706a0b4d79f0853\" role=\"tabpanel\"\n                         aria-labelledby=\"content-1782e706a0b4d79f0853-tab\">\n                        <div class=\"animated fadeIn\">\n                            The HR department provides provisioning of human\nresources in line with the organisational structure to support\nstrategy, manage human resources policy and proper\nadministration of personnel management. It facilitates and\nregulates the employer-employee relationship to create a\nharmonious working environment.                        <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                                    <div class=\"tab-pane elementkit-tab-pane elementor-repeater-item-6ad2788 \" id=\"content-6ad27886a0b4d79f0853\" role=\"tabpanel\"\n                         aria-labelledby=\"content-6ad27886a0b4d79f0853-tab\">\n                        <div class=\"animated fadeIn\">\n                            The Legal Services department provides support on legal\nmatters pertaining to contracts entered into by LEDA and\n\/ or its subsidiaries, provides for interpretation of law and\napplications, mostly to Great North Transport, Limpopo\nConnexion, Corridor Mining resources and Risima Housing\nFinance. Where the organisation gets summons and\nlitigations, it is this department that determinations how LEDA\nor any of the affected subsidiaries should respond or deal with\nthe matter.                        <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                                    <div class=\"tab-pane elementkit-tab-pane elementor-repeater-item-1e9247a \" id=\"content-1e9247a6a0b4d79f0853\" role=\"tabpanel\"\n                         aria-labelledby=\"content-1e9247a6a0b4d79f0853-tab\">\n                        <div class=\"animated fadeIn\">\n                            The Marketing and Communications department provides\ncorporate marketing and communication services to\nthe entire LEDA group including subsidiaries.
